ROCHESTER, MN – Tim Ketchum, Certified Valuations Analyst, recently joined Hawkins Ash CPAs, as a Manager of Business Valuation and Transaction Advisory Services. From the Firm’s Rochester, MN, office, he builds and maintains strong client relationships, providing strategic advice, market insights, and transaction support throughout the M&A and business valuation process.
“I offer business valuation and consulting services to clients who want to measure, build, or extract value in their business,” said Tim Ketchum, CVA. “I collaborate closely with my clients, addressing their questions, offering advice on increasing their business worth, and representing them in negotiations.”
Lisa Cribben, CPA/ABC, ASA, CMA, Partner, leads the valuation and transaction advisory services group at Hawkins Ash CPAs and expressed that she is thrilled to welcome Tim to the team.

Tim has substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions, having successfully managed numerous transactions ranging from $4 million to $85 million. His expertise helps clarify the true value of a business and determines what is best for the client and its employees.
Tim earned his master’s degree in economics from West Virginia University and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Northern Michigan University. He is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
