About Christopher
Christopher Lerario is a business consultant and Certified Valuation Analyst who regularly provides business valuations for a variety of purposes, including business transitions, succession planning, ownership changes, and gifting. He also provides innovative and insightful solutions that address complex problems relating to M&A transactions. Christopher is highly educated with advanced skills in valuation, scenario analysis, and transaction modeling.
To clients, he presents complex financial data in an accessible way to help them understand the drivers that affect their closely held business value. He also uses this data to play an active role in assisting clients in developing their long-term planning strategies. Chris has more than eight years of experience advising on and structuring large transactions for all types of privately held businesses and aims to complete the transactions in the most tax-efficient manner.
Chris, a lifelong resident of Delafield, WI, is a proud father of three children. He and his family enjoy spending time on Wisconsin’s lakes and winter recreation.
