About Abe

Abe Leis is the firm’s Managing Partner, based in La Crosse, WI, the firm’s headquarters. He joined Hawkins Ash CPAs in 1998 after starting his career as an intern. He became Managing Partner in 2016 and oversees the firm’s ten offices and the daily management of the firm.

Abe also serves clients and has extensive knowledge and experience working with commercial entities, real estate entities, tax credit projects, retirement plan audits and private school audits.
