Hawkins Ash CPAs Is Named a Fastest Growing Firm in the Nation

Hawkins Ash CPAs is listed as a Top 200 Firm in the nation by Inside Public Accounting (IPA). On the annual ranking, the Firm moved up from 181 to 164 in 2023 and its growth resulted in the Firm being recognized as one of the Fastest Growing Firms on the list.

“We have the resources in our Firm to take care of large and small clients and also provide opportunities for our staff to grow as leaders,” said Abe Leis, CPA, Managing Partner for Hawkins Ash CPAs. “We’ve been able to attract top talent from other firms and bring expert services like valuations and estate planning to our clients.”

Today, Hawkins Ash CPAs employs more than 170 professionals who offer clients expertise in tax planning and preparation, audit, business valuation and transaction advisory, estate and gift planning, and general accounting for privately held businesses, individuals and families, nonprofit and government entities, and credit unions.

Additional efforts have been made to attract and retain top talent. The Firm closes its offices on Fridays following the end of tax season through the end of the year. The dress code is also relaxed during this time. “We work hard during tax season; that’s part of the job in public accounting,” states Leis. “Closing our offices on Fridays outside of tax season allows our staff to catch up on life outside of work and flex their schedules to do so.”
