Since 1985, it has been an independent, tax-exempt corporation providing hospice and palliative services to individuals and their families dealing with difficult decisions with life-limiting conditions. The organization’s hospice team visits all patients to provide expert pain management and symptom control, as well as coping and spiritual support. Its nurses provide the complete spectrum of skilled nursing care and are available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Hope Hospice and Palliative Care Inc. has been helping individuals and their families by providing information and compassionate care to individuals in the community and surrounding areas includHope Hospice and Palliative Careing:

  • All of Taylor County
  • Price County south of Highway 8
  • Portions of Chippewa, Lincoln, Marathon, Rusk and Clark Counties

Recently, Hope Hospice sold its Rib Lake office and used that sale money to finish the renovation that was started in 2008. It has turned into a fabulous updated remodel. The nonprofit is very thankful to the local community for their support through the years. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held in November 2016 to show off the new design that will sustain the services the nonprofit provides for years to come.
