Lisa Cribben leads the Firm’s valuation services group and, for more than 25 years, has worked with companies on their valuation and business sale and purchase transaction needs. She has experience with all industries including healthcare, manufacturing, agriculture, retail, and construction.
She is able to provide expert advice with an understanding of client needs. Lisa has extensive experience in testifying in court on valuation and other financial matters. She is a frequent speaker on valuation, sale transaction, and transition planning topics.
