
Killian Krummel, CPA
Mequon, Wis. – Killian Krummel, an associate in the Mequon office of Hawkins Ash CPAs recently achieved his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
The CPA designation is granted by the State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services. To qualify, he had to pass a rigorous, four-part written exam, have a four-year college degree and demonstrate at least a year of experience in public or private accounting.
Killian joined Hawkins Ash CPAs in December 2021. In this role, he prepares tax returns for individuals and assists clients with QuickBooks and bookkeeping. He performs compilation and review services for privately held businesses, employee benefit plans and not-for-profit entities.
“My greatest career accomplishment so far has been passing the CPA exams and obtaining my licensure. Getting through the exams was both very rewarding and relieving, and then officially obtaining my license has helped me believe that I can embrace diving further into my professional career even further,” said Krummel.
In addition to becoming a CPA, Killian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from UW-Whitewater and an Associate degree from UW-Green Bay at Manitowoc. He is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a regular volunteer with St. Vincent de Paul Society.
