Lisa Cribben, CPA/ABV, ASA, CMA, joined Hawkins Ash CPAs as a Partner specializing in valuation, transaction advisory, business transition planning, and litigation services. Lisa was most recently a Partner at Wipfli, LLP.

Lisa will lead the valuation services group at Hawkins Ash CPAs and, for more than 25 years, has worked with companies on their valuation and business sale and purchase transaction needs. With experience in all industries, which include healthcare, technology, manufacturing, agriculture, retail, and construction, she provides expert advice with an understanding of client needs. Lisa has extensive experience in testifying in court on valuation and other financial matters.
She is a frequent speaker on valuation, sale transaction, and transition planning topics.
Lisa is a graduate of UW-Green Bay. She is a Certified Public Accountant Accredited in Business Valuation, Accredited Senior Appraiser, and Certified Management Accountant.
Lisa is an active member of several notable professional societies including American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA), American Society of Appraisers (ASA), and Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).
On a national level, she is an instructor for the AICPA Business Valuation School and is the current co-chair for the AICPA Forensic and Valuation Conference Committee.
In the Green Bay community, Lisa serves on the advisory board of the Salvation Army and is the current chair of the board.
