About Heather
Heather Notbohm joined Hawkins Ash CPAs in December 2022 at the Firm’s Mequon, WI, location. Heather collaborates with the hiring Partners to identify personnel needs, job specifications, and advise hiring managers throughout the interview process. With the support of Hawkins Ash CPAs’ internal departments, Heather develops and executes the Firms recruiting process and talent strategy to attract top candidates.
Heathers’ goal is to make sure candidates have a clear understanding of the Firm and career opportunities at Hawkins Ash CPAs. She accomplishes this by building an ongoing relationship with candidates, supporting them, and engaging them throughout the process. She loves being at career fairs, networking events, and visiting our 10 offices.
